The intrusion was detected on March 11, 2026; preliminary forensics indicate initial compromise occurred on or about February 27, 2026. Affected systems have been isolated and federal authorities have been notified. We are cooperating fully with the investigation. No customer-side classified materials are believed to have been exfiltrated.

Meridian Confirms Cyber Intrusion, Cooperates with Federal Investigation

Following preliminary forensic analysis, Meridian Dynamics confirms that a sophisticated threat actor accessed portions of our engineering network for approximately twelve days before being detected. The breach affected internal CAD repositories and a sensor-firmware development environment. We have engaged Mandiant for full-scope incident response and are coordinating with FBI Cyber Division. The investigation has identified indicators consistent with the threat group tracked publicly as BLACKVINE.

Meridian Wins $84M Air Force Contract for Edge-AI Sensor Network
